Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Travel Buddy.
Travel Buddy ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application built by Filip Frlic. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using the App
Travel Buddy is a personal travel tracking tool. You may use it to log countries you've visited, record trips, and connect with friends. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it in any way.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Your Data
The trips, countries, photos, and notes you add to Travel Buddy belong to you. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
In-App Purchases
Travel Buddy offers an optional Pro subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds outside of what Apple or Google's policies provide.
Intellectual Property
The Travel Buddy app, its design, and its code are owned by Filip Frlic. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.
Disclaimer
Travel Buddy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of bugs. Use it at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
